Having worked the lettings market in Canterbury for 8 years for RedDoor Homes (previously Let Canterbury) I can boldly say I am an expert in my field. The portfolio in Canterbury is split between the professional and student market.
My strength is the ability to deal with a wide demographic of tenants and their many varied needs. My caring nature, the will to help and the communication between tenants and landlords is key to my success and reputation. From dealing with large groups of students in HMO's, to the worrying Mum trying to organise an apartment whilst being far away in Colorado, to the families looking for the perfect home- I look after them and go above and beyond - its personal not just a job!
Ultimately I love my job, it can be overwhelmingly busy at times but with the amazing support of the team at Red Door we have increased our already large portfolio of properties over the last few years and continue to provide a caring and excellent service with pride
