As one of the newest members of the Red Door Team, having joined in October 2022, I have been given the opportunity to learn so many new skills and dealt with a number of tasks that I am unexpectedly challenged with.
Currently I am 19 years old and with no previous experience in property, I was initially very daunted as I did not know what to expect, however I am very grateful to the amazing team for guiding me and allowing me to gain experience in all aspects of property management.
In just 8 months I now feel so much more confident in communicating with our tenants and landlords and thoroughly enjoy this part of my role.
I am currently studying for my level 3 Arla, and aspire to continue to progress in my property management skills.
