Working in the property industry for over 15 years and in the same town for 9 means I have built up an extensive knowledge about what people want from an estate agent and understand the local market.
During my career I have dealt with both the sale and letting of property and gained a technical award in both areas.
I’ve worked on new build development sites, sourced and sold land parcels for development and also had dealings in buying and selling at auction.
Leading from the front means I have an inclusive and compassionate attitude with both colleagues and clients.
My determination to succeed means that every property transaction completed is to the best of mine and the team’s ability. Experience enables me to motivate and inspire the team so that we focus on the individual client’s needs.
Having always worked for a corporate/national agent, I sincerely believe that our independence means all clients get the best possible advice and service as we are not restricted to a certain department or division.
