With my 10 years’ experience in the property industry and having completed my Level 4 Certificate in Residential Lettings and Property Management last year I am the only FARLA qualified team member. I am also one of only 54 candidates nationally who have achieved the highest level qualification.
I have gained many skills which have enabled me to run and manage a large property portfolio for private landlords whilst dealing with complex investment and multi property purchasing structures.
This has given me extensive knowledge in the legalities of lettings and I oversee all legal and compliance issues in my current role of running the finance department and deal with all financial transactions that pass through the company.
