Having spent 20 years in the retail industry, I transitioned to the real estate sector in 2012, specifically within the Property Management department. This role demands a broad knowledge of resolving various maintenance issues, along with strong customer service skills. My approach is systematic, ensuring that I can solve problems effectively and efficiently.
As the Senior Property Manager, I am part of a capable team that combines diverse skills to address any challenges that arise. Our primary focus is on troubleshooting with tenants to minimise the need for contractor visits and reduce disruptions to their schedules.
